National Cheese Day

“Cheese, glorious cheese!”

A thick slice of mozzarella will get me through the afternoon. A thin slice of provolone on a turkey sandwich. Shredded cheddar with scrambled eggs. A combination of Gruyere or pecorino Romano in homemade mac and cheese. A slice of brie on warm, fresh bread.
